Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
- Please email sales@allseasondieselperformance.com or call 989-479-0444 to request a refund. Please do not return an item without prior authorization.

Harbor Beach, MI 48441 - Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
Electrical parts cannot be returned. Merchandise that has been used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Shipping Policy
Turnaround
We make every effort to ship in-stock orders the same day if ordered before noon. However, some circumstances may delay your shipment. All in-stock items are shipped within 2 business days. We will inform you if your order will not be shipped within 2 business days.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Duty and Tax for Canadian Orders
You are responsible for any duty and tax. UPS will often charge tax for shipments to Canada. These charges will not show up on your invoice and are payable by you upon receipt of your item.
Back Orders
If all products on your order are not immediately available, we will call you to ask if you want to wait for the complete order before we ship or ship a partial order. If you opt for partial shipment, we will inform you if additional shipping charges will apply.
